I was skeptical a plastic disc could make a difference, but lining it up against the bottle opening immediately showed me which flow level we'd been using wrong. My baby gulps less air now and finishes bottles faster, and the raised edge makes it easy to grip even when my hands are wet from washing.

The little chart on the side makes it stupidly easy to match the right flow to how my baby feeds, and it clicks into the bottle base so I don't lose it between washes. Took me two minutes to sort out which nipples we needed, and feeding time got way less messy.

Finally stopped guessing which flow level my baby needed - the sizing tool made it obvious in about ten seconds flat. It clicks onto the bottle and lines up perfectly, so I know I’m not just eyeballing it. Such a small thing, but it’s saved me from a lot of frustrated mealtime messes.
