The berry lemonade flavor is genuinely refreshing—I actually look forward to mixing it into my water each day, which was a pleasant surprise. Knowing it packs fenugreek and milk thistle alongside the collagen has kept me consistent, and I've noticed a steadier supply since starting.

The fenugreek aftertaste is usually my dealbreaker with these kinds of drinks, but this berry lemonade hides it completely. I was skeptical about the fenugreek and fennel combo, but this powder mixes in clear and doesn't have that weird herbal aftertaste I was dreading — huge relief for a tired nursing mom.
