Amme-småkagebidder, chokolade-saltet karamel, 10 stk

I’ve been snacking on these between feeds and the oats plus brewer’s yeast actually seem to keep my supply steady, which is the whole reason I bought them. The salted caramel taste is a nice bonus—not too sweet, and the bite-sized portions make them easy to grab one-handed.

The texture is way better than I expected for a lactation snack—soft and chewy, not dry or crumbly. I keep a pack by the nursery and grab one after middle-of-the-night pumps, and the salted caramel actually tastes like a treat, not a supplement.

I’ve been nibbling one after each feeding session and the chocolate salted caramel taste actually makes me forget they’re supposed to be healthy. The 10ct pack is perfect for tossing in my diaper bag, and I swear my supply’s been steadier since I started on these.
